Remote Outbound Call Center Representative


Job Description:

At ContactWorks, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and support services for our clients and their customers/members. A key pillar of exceptional service is providing timely updates and clear communications to our clients and their customers/members. We are seeking dedicated Remote Outbound Phone Representatives to join our claims team!

 

Overview:

As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to our client’s members to provide updates on the status of their existing claims. You will play a key role in ensuring our members are informed and have a positive experience throughout the claims process. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

At this time, we are only hiring remote workers from Texas, Florida, Georgia and Pennsylvania.


Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound calls and provide updates with predetermined information.
  • Communicate details clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
  • Address questions or concerns from members regarding their claims.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect sensitive data.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Meet performance targets such as dial attempts per hour, customer satisfaction, and quality analysis targets.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience (Preferred).
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center (Preferred).
  • Experience documenting/updating records in a CRM system (Preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • A positive, problem-solving attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Comfortable working with computers.
  • Must have PC/Laptop/Mac/Macbook/Chromebook.
    • Windows 10 or higher
  • Must have high speed internet.
